Licensing Announcement: NCOALink® Reporting Requirements
Effective with the March 2013 reports, the USPS® will be validating the Monthly NCOALink reports for accuracy. Licensees and vendors will be required to provide corrected reports to the USPS in accordance with the Licensee Performance Requirements.

Transition of the RDI™ Product to an AIS
To facilitate the needs of the mailing industry, the USPS® has decided to categorize the RDI™ Product as an AIS (Address Information System) data product, effective January 27, 2013. As a result of this change, the parcel shipping requirement, as well as the RDI License Agreement, will be eliminated.
